Project Manager (Vancouver, WA)
CTS LanguageLink is seeking an experienced project manager to join our translation team. Responsibilities include the management of a portfolio of written translation projects, from conception to billing. The project manager coordinates all project-related workflow, production deadlines, translations, budgets and staff resources. The potential candidate must have 2+ years of experience in project management, coordination or planning, preferably in the translation industry. Fluency in a second language is a plus, as is knowledge of translation memory software tools (such as TRADOS). BA degree in related field (foreign language, international relations, etc.) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages portfolio of translation projects, from conception to billing.
Follows established procedures and guidelines in managing translation projects.
Coordinates all project-related workflow: production deadlines, translations, budgets and staff resources.
Communicates extensively with clients via phone, fax, and email.
Maintains close interaction with internal staff, including the Production Department and In-house Linguists.
Determines time frames, potential profitability, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
Establishes and maintains working relationships with outside contractors (such as translators, editors, etc.).
Reviews all documents for quality assurance
Tracks projects using project management database and produces regular billing reports.
Quotes projects as needed.

Website Marketing Professional (Vancouver, WA)
CTS LanguageLink, a Northwest-based language translation and interpretation company, seeks a fulltime Website Marketing Professional. We are searching for a talented, highly motivated individual with proven experience in website marketing, content management and SEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Marketing
Work with the Director of Sales to define CTS LanguageLink's website marketing strategy.
Create and edit website content.
Define SEO strategy for CTS LanguageLink's website.
Provide weekly website marketing reports to the Director of Sales.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
4 year degree in marketing or equivalent.
Minimum of 2+ years in a website marketing role.
Working knowledge of HTML, graphics and website multimedia applications.
Knowledge of .NET Nuke, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Hubspot a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must be a self-starter.

COMPENSATION PROGRAM:

Answering calls and coordinating job requests for customers and providing telephone customer support services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls from providers (customers) needing interpreters for over the phone
Answer multi-line phone system.
Data entry of job request information into company database for on-site requests.
Responsible for coordinating (finding available interpreters) to fill assignments and provide interpreter with all needed information
Complaint resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
Available to work, currently, between the hours of 5am and 6pm. (Normally 8 hours but may include some occasional overtime.)

Due to our tremendous growth, we are recruiting qualified and experienced In-House Interpreters to join our growing Interpretation Department. We are hiring for the following languages:
*Spanish
*Navajo
*American Sign Language (for video interpretation)

These are full-time, 40 hour per week positions with benefits offered. These are not Contract positions.

Interpreters must have a dedicated landline in order to take telephonic calls. To qualify to work as a CTS LanguageLink Interpreter, you must be able to pass an English proficiency and target language proficiency test and have a minimum of two years of professional telephonic interpreting experience.
